Jack A. Fusco

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Fusco has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since May 2016 and as a director since June 2016. In addition, Mr. Fusco serves as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cheniere Energy Partners GP, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cheniere Energy, Inc. (“Cheniere”) and the general partner of Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. (“Cheniere Partners”), a publicly traded limited partnership that is operating the Sabine Pass LNG terminal. Mr. Fusco is also a Manager, President and Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of Sabine Pass LNG, L.P. and Chief Executive Officer of Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC. Mr. Fusco received recognition as Best CEO in the electric industry by Institutional Investor in 2012 as ranked by all industry analysts and for Best Investor Relations by a CEO or Chairman among all mid-cap companies by IR Magazine in 2013.

Mr. Fusco served as Chief Executive Officer of Calpine Corporation (“Calpine”) from August 2008 to May 2014 and as Executive Chairman of Calpine from May 2014 through May 11, 2016. Mr. Fusco served as a member of the board of directors of Calpine from August 2008 until March 2018, when the sale of Calpine to an affiliate of Energy Capital Partners and a consortium of other investors was completed. Mr. Fusco was recruited by Calpine’s key shareholders in 2008, just as that company was emerging from bankruptcy. Calpine grew to become America’s largest generator of electricity from natural gas, safely and reliably meeting the needs of an economy that demands cleaner, more fuel-efficient and dependable sources of electricity. As Chief Executive Officer of Calpine, Mr. Fusco managed a team of approximately 2,300 employees and led one of the largest purchasers of natural gas in America, a successful developer of new gas-fired power generation facilities and a company that prudently managed the inherent commodity trading and balance sheet risks associated with being a merchant power producer.

Mr. Fusco’s career of over 30 years in the energy industry began with his employment at Pacific Gas & Electric Company upon graduation from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1984. He joined Goldman Sachs 13 years later as a Vice President with responsibility for commodity trading and marketing of wholesale electricity, a role that led to the creation of Orion Power Holdings, an independent power producer that Mr. Fusco helped found with backing from Goldman Sachs, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1998-2002. In 2004, he was asked to serve as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Texas Genco LLC by a group of private institutional investors, and successfully managed the transition of that business from a subsidiary of a regulated utility to a strong and profitable independent company, generating a more than 5-fold return for shareholders upon its merger with NRG in 2006.

Michael Wortley

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Michael Wortley has served as Chief Financial Officer since January 2014. Mr. Wortley joined Cheniere in February 2005. He served as Vice President, Strategy and Risk of Cheniere from January 2013 to January 2014 and as Vice President-Business Development of Cheniere and President of Corpus Christi Liquefaction, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cheniere, from September 2011 to January 2013. He served as Vice President-Strategic Planning from January 2009 to September 2011 and Manager-Strategic New Business from August 2007 to January 2009. Mr. Wortley serves as a director and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cheniere Energy Partners GP, LLC (“Cheniere Partners”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cheniere and the general partner of Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. Prior to joining Cheniere in February 2005, Mr. Wortley spent five years in oil and gas corporate development, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (“Anadarko”), a publicly traded oil and gas exploration and production company. Mr. Wortley began his career with Union Pacific Resources Corporation, a publicly traded oil and gas exploration and production company subsequently acquired by Anadarko. Mr. Wortley received a B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Anatol Feygin

Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer

Anatol Feygin has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer since September 2016. Mr. Feygin joined Cheniere in March 2014 as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development. Mr. Feygin also currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Cheniere Partners. Prior to joining Cheniere, Mr. Feygin worked with Loews Corporation from November 2007 to March 2014, most recently as its Vice President, Energy Strategist and Senior Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining Loews, Mr. Feygin spent three years at Bank of America, most recently as Head of Global Commodity Strategy. Mr. Feygin began his banking career at J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. as Senior Analyst, Natural Gas Pipelines and Distributors. Mr. Feygin earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Tom Bullis

Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer

Mr. Bullis joined Cheniere in September 2016 as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Mr. Bullis brings over 40 years of business management experience across the energy sector, with a specialization in power and gas distribution, transmission, generation and strategic business alignment. Prior to joining Cheniere, Mr. Bullis was a senior executive at Calpine Corporation and Texas Genco holding diverse Operational, Business Management and Human Resources roles. Mr. Bullis earned a B.A. in Business from Saint Mary’s College of California.

Sean N. Markowitz

Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Markowitz has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary since February 2020, and previously served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from September 2016 to February 2020. Mr. Markowitz joined Cheniere in October 2015 as Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Markowitz served as Interim General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from June 2016 to September 2016. Mr. Markowitz also currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Cheniere Energy Partners GP, LLC and previously served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Cheniere Holdings from November 2016 and December 2015, respectively, to September 2018. Prior to joining Cheniere, Mr. Markowitz served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Sizmek, Inc. (and its predecessor company, Digital Generation, Inc.) from August 2012 to May 2015. Prior to joining Digital Generation, Inc., Mr. Markowitz served as Chief Legal Counsel—Commercial for Alon USA Energy, Inc. from August 2010 to August 2012 (and as Assistant General Counsel from December 2008 to July 2010). From January 2006 to December 2008, Mr. Markowitz served as Counsel—Corporate Acquisitions and Finance for Electronic Data Systems Corporation which was acquired by Hewlett-Packard Company in August 2008. Mr. Markowitz’s earlier career experience includes service with the law firms of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. (now a part of Norton Rose Fulbright), Hughes & Luce L.L.P. (now a part of K&L Gates LLP) and Andrews Kurth LLP (now a part of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP). Mr. Markowitz earned his J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law and graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

David Craft

Senior Vice President, Engineering and Construction

David Craft has served as Senior Vice President, Engineering and Construction since October 2018. Mr. Craft joined Cheniere in July 2015 as Director, Project Management. Mr. Craft served as Vice President, Major Project Development from July 2017 to September 2018. Mr. Craft is responsible for engineering, construction, and start-up of the liquefaction facilities at our projects in both Sabine Pass and Corpus Christi, as well as development of other LNG related facilities including Upstream Infrastructure for Cheniere. Prior to joining Cheniere, Mr. Craft held senior construction and project management roles in the FEED, design, construction, and commissioning of offshore topsides production facilities and subsea jackets and stick-built and modular LNG plants in Australia for Woodside Energy and BG/Shell. Mr. Craft brings over 40-years of experience in the oil and gas industry from all over the world including the U.S., Canada, Korea, Indonesia, Australia, Holland, and New Zealand. Mr. Craft earned a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing from Massey University of New Zealand. Mr. Craft is a registered member of the Institute of Professional Engineers (New Zealand).

Zach Davis

Senior Vice President, Finance

Mr. Davis has served as Senior Vice President, Finance since February 2020. Mr. Davis manages strategic finance, FP&A and business and capital planning for the company. Mr. Davis has over 13 years of energy finance experience and joined Cheniere in 2013 with the responsibility of corporate finance strategy and capital raising initiatives. Mr. Davis has since worked on all debt and equity transactions for the company along with capital planning, FP&A and the corporate budget. Prior to joining Cheniere, Mr. Davis held energy investment banking and project finance roles at Credit Suisse, Marathon Capital and HSH Nordbank focused on strategic advisory assignments and financings for companies, projects and assets in the LNG, power, renewable energy, midstream and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Davis received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University.

Michael Dove

Senior Vice President, Shared Services

Mr. Dove joined Cheniere in August of 2015 as Vice President and Chief Information Officer.  Michael brings over 25 years of management experience that has encompassed roles in the finance and accounting, business consulting, and information technology arenas with over 15 years of energy related experience.  Prior to joining Cheniere, Mr. Dove served as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer for KBR.  Prior to joining KBR, Mr. Dove held several different roles over his 10 year tenure with Weatherford International, with the last five in the role of Vice President of Information Technology.   Mr. Dove holds a B.S in Management with a concentration in Finance from Tulane University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Corey Grindal

Senior Vice President, Gas Supply

Mr. Grindal joined Cheniere in June of 2013 as Vice President of Supply. Mr. Grindal was brought in to develop the required infrastructure needed for firm and reliable deliveries to Cheniere’s LNG terminals, establish the required relationships with the United States’ producer community, and set up the needed systems, processes, and personnel for Cheniere to be the premier United States LNG exporter. Mr. Grindal has 23 years of experience in pipeline construction and operations, project management, and natural gas and power trading. Prior to joining Cheniere, Mr. Grindal was with Deutsche Bank and was responsible for physical and financial trading. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Grindal held positions with Louis Dreyfus and the Tenneco/ El Paso companies. Mr. Grindal holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.

Christopher Smith

Senior Vice President, Policy, Government and Public Affairs

Mr. Smith joined Cheniere in November 2017 as Senior Vice President for Policy, Government and Public Affairs. Prior to joining Cheniere, Mr. Smith was the Assistant Secretary for Fossil Energy at the U.S. Department of Energy, where he led the department’s policy, international engagement, and research and development programs for fossil energy. During that time, he also served as the designated federal official for the National Commission on the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill and Offshore Drilling. Prior to his roles in federal government, Mr. Smith served in managerial and analytical positions at Chevron and Texaco, focused primarily on upstream business development and LNG trading. Mr. Smith began his career as an officer in the U.S. Army and served tours in Korea and Hawaii. He subsequently worked for Citibank and JPMorgan in New York City and London. Mr. Smith holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Cambridge University.

Aaron Stephenson

Senior Vice President, Operations

Mr. Stephenson joined Cheniere in April 2013 as Director, Production, Sabine Pass Operations, leading the effort to prepare for liquefaction operations. In May 2016, he moved into the position of Vice President and General Manager for Sabine Pass facility. Mr. Stephenson has over 40 years of experience in the energy industry, focusing for the past 17 years on LNG. He has worked in various locations around the world, including Yemen, London, and Peru. Before joining Cheniere, he served as Plant Manager at Peru LNG. His professional experience includes filling the roles of LNG Plant Manager, E&P Manager, Commissioning Manager, Plant Engineering Manager, and Project Engineer. Prior company affiliations include Cities Service Oil Co., Oxy USA, and Hunt Oil Co. Mr. Stephenson has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lamar University.

Len Travis

Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer

Mr. Travis has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since March 2020. In this role, he leads Cheniere’s accounting, tax, financial reporting, financial systems, and internal control functions. Before assuming his current position, Mr. Travis was Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Cheniere, since joining the organization in November 2013. Mr. Travis has more than 35 years of progressive leadership experience in accounting and finance, serving both corporate and field management roles domestically and abroad. He has served in Chief Accounting Officer and Controller roles across different sectors, primarily energy. Prior company affiliations include Pride International, Inc., BMC Software, Inc., ARRIS Group, Inc., RELTEC Corporation, and Ernst & Whinney. Mr. Travis earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and has his MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago. He is a certified public accountant in the state of Illinois and a certified management accountant.

Hilary Ware

Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Ms. Ware joined Cheniere in October 2016 as Chief Human Resources Officer, leading the transformation of the human resources function as the company prepared to commence liquefaction operations. In February 2020, she moved into the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Ware has over 40 years of experience in human resources in the energy business.  Before joining Cheniere, she served as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer at Bristow Group. Her professional experience also includes service as a senior global executive in information technology, government affairs, shared services, corporate social responsibility and corporate communications (internal and external). Prior company affiliations include Bristow Group, BHP Billiton, Hanover Compressor, BP, Sohio, and Kaiser Engineers and Construction Inc. Ms. Ware has a B.A. in Industrial Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley.
